If you're in the Laramie area, A show of West's sculptures entitled "Raku Ray Guns and the Books that Spawned Them" will be on display at Night Heron Books, 107 Ivinson Ave in Laramie from April 1st until June 1st. Twenty one ray guns, including five new guns not yet on this website and a mobile are shown, along with the books that the sculpture's titles pay homage to.
For shoppers in Laramie or Centennial, Wy or the nearby area, if you place an order through this website, we'll arrange to hand-deliver it to you and will refund your shipping fee.
We offer unique, functional and fun pottery, all designed and hand-made by potters West Magoon and Tana Libolt. Our sturdy, high-fired stoneware designs include rope-handle mugs, rope-handle pitchers and puzzle mugs, as well as jewelry featuring hand-made, raku-fired pendants and beads.
We also offer West's Raku-fired Ray Guns. These are one-of-a-kind ceramic sculptures inspired by weapons unearthed at a secret UFO crash site. Each is named after a classic science fiction author or character and are guaranteed to fibrillate even the angriest Venusian from up to 10 femtoparsecs.
