Shipping Information:



We ship via UPS or USPS (depending on size) with insurance; all pots and sculptures are wrapped in bubble wrap and double boxed. We have a lot of experience shipping very fragile items successfully!




Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:



In the unlikely event that pottery arrives damaged, a full refund or exchange will be provided.



If you're not happy with the pottery you receive, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll arrange for an exchange or refund.
