Our hand-made stoneware serving vessels are all very sturdy and made with function in mind. The teapots are very light and easy to use. All spouts are made carefully to pour very well without dripping and the rope handle teapots feature a small hook attached to the inside of the lid, to hold the tea bag or tea ball.
The infuser teapots are tiny marvels of engineering and are made for those who use loose tea leaves. The carefully fitted stoneware strainer baskets fit beautifully inside each teapot and hold the tea leaves inside the teapot as boiling water is poured over them and they are left to steep. 95% of the tea leaves remain in the strainer basket as the tea is being poured and the few tea leaves that remain are caught by the shape of the teapot itself and kept from ending up in the teacup.
All teapots are safe in the dishwasher.
